Final Front Cover

Here is my final front cover.

I believe that this is the right look for my final magazine front cover, because it is so simplistic and understated it really compliments the picture and the genre of French New Wave. The colour of the strap-line 'FEW' which is in red really contrasts from the black and white image which will jump out to my target audience causing them to want to pick it up and read it.

I have changed the font to make it look less 'word documented' and far more professional. 'Peck-Still a Heart-throb?' is in a bold, softer font yet does not dominate the page. At the bottom of the page I have put 'The Best bits' in capitalised fonts to signify to the audience that it really is the best bits. I have kept everything else the same.

I think that the way I have constructed my words; 'The truth behind...' 'still a heart-throb?' really pulls in the attention of the audience making them want to know more.

I have kept the same font for the subtitle 'Marie-Elise-is in aimer ou la vie' as it is bold and clear. I believe this is the right look for the main text as it is

Final Front Cover analysis 1:
